Joe grew up in South Florida before making his way to Washington, D.C., where he attended the Catholic University of America while also playing football for all four years. He graduated with a degree in Finance and worked in hospitality before transitioning into his Real Estate career in 2012.

Joe began his career as the Operations and Finance Manager for the Keller Williams Capital Properties market center in Washington, D.C. Four years later, he was leading the division, which at the time included 5 locations throughout the DMV. He later facilitated the launching of three new offices before coming back in 2018 to where it all began, as the Growth & Sales Leader for the Washington, DC office. Over the course of 2018 to 2021, he grew the office from 280 agents to over 440 agents, and increased the closed sales volume from $800 million to over $1.7 billion. 

In March of 2020, the opportunity was awarded to become the Area Director and lead The Virginias Region with Lee Beaver and Bo Menkiti. He currently resides in Northern VA with his wife, Kate, and three children, Grace, Teddy, and Thomas.
